Product Presentation

Display products that are digital in nature and readily available for instant download upon purchase. Ensure accuracy and transparency in your product listings.

Direct Transactions

Transactions are conducted directly with buyers through EmbPri’s platform. Vendors are responsible for uploading products that are immediately available for download upon purchase, with no restrictions.

Buyer Support

In the event of any buyer inquiries, concerns, or issues during or after the purchase, EmbPri will act as the sole point of contact between the vendor and buyer. You, as the vendor, are expected to collaborate with EmbPri as the intermediary to resolve these matters swiftly and amicably.

Quality Assurance

Vendors are accountable for the quality and authenticity of the products they offer. Any misrepresentation, fraudulent activities, or discrepancies in the product listings can result in necessary actions, including removal from the platform.

All products and vendor accounts are subject to review by EmbPri, and accounts found in violation of these guidelines will be subject to corrective action, including but not limited to listing and account removal.

Refund Policy Compliance

Acknowledge and abide by EmbPri’s Buyer Protection Policy. Should a situation arise where a buyer is dissatisfied or experiences issues, vendors are required to support the refund process as per EmbPri’s guidelines.
